Caleb Technology Corporation is headquartered in Torrance, California, about 30 miles from downtown Los Angeles. The company currently occupies a 22,000 square foot building which houses technology, engineering, and administrative personnel. At this location, Caleb has several laboratories for Research & Development, Analyses and Characterization, Prototype, and a Pilot Production Line.

The Research & Development Laboratory is equipped with full chemical and physical processing capabilities: wet chemistry, atmospheric and vacuum ovens, exhaust hoods, wide range of labware and equipment, electronic balances and scales, atmospheric and vacuum furnaces, MBraun glove boxes, sputtering equipment, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) equipment, wide range of chemicals.

Caleb�s Analytical Laboratory is equipped to perform characterization and analyses on different materials and products. Our areas of expertise include: Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (EDS), Wave Dispersive Spectroscopy (WDS), Light Microscopy, Image Analysis, Metallographic Evaluation, Microhardness Testing, Precision Microsectioning, Chemical Analysis, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Mechanical Testing.
The Electric Test capabilities include Maccor and Arbin battery testers with environmental chamber and Impedance Spectroscopy.

Caleb is equipped with in-house capability to design and produce a variety of battery sizes and form factors. Available manufacturing and prototyping equipment include: electrode blanking, cold package forming, electrode activation, battery assembly, package sealing, MBraun glove boxes, electronic balances and scales, process environmental chamber, process control instrumentation, and a machine shop. This facility has also a small pilot line used for prototyping and microproduction.
